DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide comprehensive website management, digital optimization, analytics, and technical support services using a content management system. The vendor will serve as the primary steward of the program’s digital presence, ensuring that the website remains accurate, secure, high-performing, discoverable, and aligned with strategic goals.

Responsibilities will include maintaining the official website, updating content in coordination with the agency program manager and content team, maintaining seasonal campaigns and promotional pages, administering the CMS, managing plugins and integrations, applying software updates, coordinating hosting as needed, and monitoring website security. The vendor will also provide ongoing optimization for visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms.

The vendor will monitor website performance and visitor behavior and configure and maintain Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and other applicable tools. Additional responsibilities include monitoring artificial intelligence and digital marketing developments, evaluating new digital tools and platforms, and providing technical support for the program’s email marketing platform. The contract period will be one year, and all questions must be submitted by August 14, 2026.
