DESCRIPTION
The contracting organization seeks a vendor to provide website implementation, migration, and consulting services within an existing, actively used website environment. Services will include hands-on implementation, configuration, optimization, technical support, advisory services, training, and knowledge transfer.
The selected vendor will assess and build upon the existing system and board structure; implement system enhancements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement; configure workflow automations such as alerts, triggers, and recurring processes; and design or optimize boards for initiative tracking and reporting alignment. The work may also include migrating and restructuring legacy boards and data, configuring data connections through linking and mirroring, and improving reporting accuracy.
The engagement will require hands-on system troubleshooting and optimization, fully configured and functional dashboards, implemented workflow automations and system configurations, optimized board structures and reporting systems, and ongoing progress updates and task tracking.
