User Experience Design Consultant Service

A vendor is sought to provide user experience (UX) design consulting services focused on planning, discovery, and execution of human-centered and customer experience initiatives. The selected consultant will conduct initial discovery, assessment, consultation, and strategic planning to evaluate program needs, resulting in the development of a comprehensive project plan outlining recommended future work. Areas of emphasis include benefits portability design, integration of artificial intelligence tools, and further enhancements to existing Cares systems.

During project plan execution, the consultant will deliver user journey mapping, create website or software application wireframes for design alignment, and conduct user testing of design mock-ups and/or live software. Additional responsibilities include user interviews and research, usability and accessibility testing to ensure inclusive and effective digital experiences. The contract is anticipated to last three years, with substantial opportunities for ongoing collaboration and enhancement of key digital systems.
