The vendor will plan, design, develop, and implement a mobile-first, web-based urban trail walking tour platform for a cultural experience coordinated with an existing website. The platform will use QR codes, mobile geolocation, and interactive web features to guide visitors through a curated sequence of sites while presenting culturally grounded storytelling and educational content.
