Student and Staff Photography Services

This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive student and staff photography services to all district school sites, which include transitional kindergarten through eighth grade campuses and administrative offices. The scope of services covers professional photography for students, staff, and various events, as well as the production and delivery of professional images, with purchase–optional family packages available.

Key deliverables include Fall and Spring Picture Days for individual student portraits at each site, complete with make-up and retake sessions scheduled within thirty days of the initial photo day. Class and grade-level group photography, eighth-grade promotion and ceremony event coverage, and individual and group portraits are also required. Staff portrait sessions for all employees are to be conducted concurrently with or separate from student sessions at each location, along with complimentary finished prints provided to every certificated and classified employee. New-hire and late-hire make-up photography must be offered at least twice per year at central offices at no additional cost. Additional coverage for graduation, promotions, back-to-school events, ceremonies, and other special events will be provided on an as-needed basis at an agreed hourly rate.

The awarded contract will be for a period of one year, and the chosen vendor must be able to accommodate requests as directed by each site.
