A vendor is sought to supply spirit wear and promotional items for various schools, organizations, clubs, and departments. The contract includes customized items that promote events, services, or district programs, such as advertising merchandise, specialty products, premiums, incentives, awards, prizes, non-uniform apparel, and commemorative pieces. These items are intended for both students and staff, with orders being placed on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term.
Vendors should be able to handle a range of customized products to support district promotional initiatives and supply bulk orders with flexibility. All inquiries regarding this procurement must be submitted by June 30, 2026.
