DESCRIPTION


The Agency is seeking a modern, fully integrated solid waste scale house and data management system to replace its existing scale software. The solution will serve as the County’s primary operational platform for managing scale transactions, customer accounts, billing, reporting, waste and recycling data, payment processing, and future operational growth.

The selected system should modernize scale house operations, manage inbound and outbound waste and recycling material flows, improve customer and account management, provide integrated invoicing and accounting functionality, and support secure credit card payment processing.
