DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a shared mobility compliance and operations support solution for micromobility programs. The solution should augment data management and reporting capabilities for shared mobility services, including real-time compliance monitoring, dynamic data policy publication and distribution, cross-jurisdictional travel insights, vehicle counts, trip metrics, and support for future integrations.

The proposed management software must be web-based, hosted under a valid registered domain, responsive or natively designed for a range of devices, and accessible without local administrator rights or dedicated thick or thin clients. It must support mobile device and application management controls and must not use the agency’s email system.

Security and data governance capabilities must include classification of private or regulated data, protection against unauthorized data changes or deletion, network and host-based intrusion detection and prevention, anti-malware capabilities, tamper-resistant logging, automated batch data exports, and configurable data retention rules. Questions are due by September 2, 2026, and a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 27, 2026.
