The agency seeks Salesforce development support for decarbonization programs. The selected vendor will configure and develop new energy programs that allow customers to apply online, including intake forms, eligibility logic, document uploads, review and approval workflows, status notifications, and incentive processing in alignment with existing program applications.
Services will include migrating historical and legacy participation data from Excel files, Salesforce exports, and implementer-provided files, with field mapping, deduplication, validation, and reconciliation reporting. The vendor will also transition programs from another Salesforce vendor, rebuild an existing program offering currently hosted in a partner utility’s Salesforce organization within the agency’s Salesforce organization, and import historical interaction data.
Additional responsibilities include integrating a new website chat tool with Salesforce, supporting data and reporting integration, delivering ongoing enhancements to program applications and Salesforce configurations, conducting testing and quality assurance, providing training and knowledge sharing, coordinating third-party integrations, and supporting AI enablement.
