RFI for Light Rail Systems Engineering and Asset Management Solutions

The agency is seeking information from vendors on solutions for light rail systems engineering and asset management. Respondents are asked to provide detailed descriptions of their services, technologies, methodologies, and implementation strategies that enable comprehensive condition assessments, gap analyses, asset lifecycle management, and maintenance management. Solutions should support predictive maintenance, robust reporting and analytics, dashboard visualization, and strategic capital investment planning.

The vendor's methodology should address gap assessment for current asset management software and processes. Key solution features should include asset inventory and lifecycle tracking, asset condition assessments, obsolescence monitoring, and planning for capital replacement and rehabilitation. Maintenance management capabilities are expected to cover condition-based maintenance, automated scheduling, and preventive maintenance planning. Data management should support integration, governance, import/export functions, predictive maintenance modeling, and business intelligence reporting. Intuitive user interfaces and effective visualization tools are also required. All questions regarding this RFI must be submitted by July 8, 2026.
