DESCRIPTION

The issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide digital experience modernization services for its public websites. The scope centers on redesigning and re-platforming the public-facing websites to create a more modern, engaging, and digital-first experience for members, employers, and the public.

The work includes assessing the current information architecture and content model, redesigning service journeys, and improving content management and operational efficiency. Website content is expected to be AI-ready and multilingual-ready, with relevant metadata to support modern digital platform tools. The selected vendor will also develop a governance model for website and content management and conduct a content evaluation and audit aligned with accessibility and readability guidelines, including prioritization for content retention, revision, relocation, or removal.

The project also requires provision of a re-platform solution with all necessary platform capabilities and features, along with end-to-end implementation and transition services. This includes platform configuration, integration linking, website content migration, testing, training, production cutover, and post-implementation support and stabilization services, including hypercare and transition to steady-state operations. The hosting and platform solution must be secure and managed, with support for performance monitoring, updates, backup and recovery, platform support, and Canadian data residency requirements.

The anticipated contract term is three years.
