PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Optimization and Implementation Solution

The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) solution for the optimization and implementation of benefits programs and automations. Scope includes configuration and optimization of benefits, implementing approved changes to benefit programs, plans, and coverage codes, and validating payroll integration impacts to ensure seamless operation.

The project will involve a detailed migration and cutover process, including developing strategies for transitioning environments (Dev, Test, Production), preparing cutover checklists with go/no-go criteria, and executing a parallel run and rollback plan as needed. Benefits automation requirements involve automating event-driven processes such as hires, life events, status changes, and reducing manual tasks through workflows.

The solution must address a fully automated delinquency processing framework for handling arrears, refunds, terminations, member notifications, and streamlined pickup and refund processes. Enrollment modernization tasks include implementing fluid enrollment, activity guides for life events, document attachments, and enhanced administration capabilities such as auditing and insights dashboards. Integration and data handling efforts will align with payroll systems, validate carrier interfaces, and utilize data migration workbench tools, ensuring no one-way or lossy integrations.
