The Pennsylvania Department is seeking an offeror to maintain, improve, and rebrand its existing learning management system (LMS) and WordPress content management system. The selected vendor will support the MyODP, MyOMHSAS, and PCCRC LMS; the MyODP and MyOMHSAS WordPress platforms; and the associated Amazon S3 repository.
Services will include maintaining current functionality with minimal interruption, improving technical support response times and customer satisfaction through the LMS Help Desk, and enhancing the turnaround time and design of LMS, WordPress, and Amazon S3-related reports requested by Department staff. The vendor will also improve LMS certification processes to enable on-demand course access and recertification for all courses.
