DESCRIPTION


The vendor will provide comprehensive interpretive signage and exhibits services for a public visitor center environment. Services will include design, content development, fabrication, and installation of interior interpretive panels, interactive and hands-on exhibit elements, orientation and wayfinding signage, exterior signage, and related graphic design and artwork.

The vendor will produce detailed design drawings, renderings, and specifications covering dimensions, materials, colors, mounting methods, and placement locations. The vendor will also develop interpretive content, including narratives, captions, labels, and educational text, in consultation with agency and partner subject-matter experts.

All signage and exhibit components must be fabricated from durable, high-quality materials suitable for long-term public use, with resistance to fading, moisture, general wear, and frequent interaction. The project will include site access for surveys, design work, and installation, as well as coordination with designated agency liaisons and staff for content consultation, meetings, and design reviews.
