This system aims to enhance the capture, quality, and accessibility of case, investigation, discovery, and service information, leading to faster retrieval of key information and reduced reliance on paper files or disconnected legacy systems for primary functions.
The solution should improve both the accuracy and timeliness of delivering information for internal and external requirements, such as management reporting, court deadlines, and oversight processes. Key success measures include minimized manual data compilation efforts and reduced need for post-hoc data corrections. The system must also streamline workflows through 'enter once, use many' capabilities and offer robust document generation tools, resulting in less redundant data entry and the elimination of parallel tracking systems.
The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a unified, integrated solution and will act as the single point of contact for the duration of the contract. A pre-proposal teleconference is scheduled for April 15, 2026.
