DESCRIPTION

The State of Washington seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive Individualized Education Program (IEP) platform that will support standardized statewide development and management for students with disabilities. The solution must offer secure access for both families and educators, and ensure interoperability with existing state education systems. Implementation will be phased across local education agencies, with an emphasis on long-term governance, ongoing support, and iterative evolution of the platform.

Key requirements include configuration, integration, data migration, and the onboarding of districts. The platform should facilitate collaboration among educators, families, and service providers through workflows, notifications, real-time updates, and shared access. Automated record transfer, historical data preservation, transition planning support, data auto-population, template-based workflows, progress monitoring, data visualization, and Medicaid billing integration are also essential. The vendor will be responsible for delivering a tool that improves student outcomes, enhances transparency, and simplifies the management of IEPs statewide.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 14, 2026. The resulting contract will have a duration of two years.
