The Wisconsin Department of Health Services is seeking proposals for a centralized, enterprise-level incident reporting and risk management platform to support standardized reporting and tracking across its facilities and programs.

Must support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) as defined in NIST Special Publication 800-63
Must support SAML, ADFS, and OAuth for cross-domain Single Sign-On
Must meet FIPS 140-2 compliance for encryption
Must provide security audit reports such as FedRAMP, SOC-2, or CAIQ on a yearly basis
Must have a vulnerability management and remediation plan including SAST and DAST
Must store all State provided or production data in the contiguous United States
Must interface with DHS external Electronic Health Records System (EHR)
Must interface with PeopleSoft HR system
Must provide a Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) reviewed annually at a minimum
