DESCRIPTION
The vendor will provide human resources information technology systems and related operational support. Responsibilities include overseeing, managing, implementing, and sustaining human capital and human resources information technology infrastructure, systems, applications, portals, and help desk operations.
The work will also include designing, developing, delivering, and sustaining human capital business analytics, tools, dashboards, reports, metrics, and models to support data-driven decision-making. The vendor will identify, collect, and analyze total force manpower, human resources, and related systems and operational policies and procedures; document gaps; and work with key stakeholders to draft and update supporting artifacts.
Additional responsibilities include designing, developing, and supporting statistical and predictive analytics dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools such as Cognos BI, Qlik, and Databricks. The vendor will also generate and interpret Assured Compliance Assessment Solution scans to identify system vulnerabilities and monitor remediation efforts or mitigation strategies. This procurement is set aside for total small businesses under FAR 19.5.
