Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System

The client is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to replace critical functions currently managed by its student information system (SIS). The desired ERP solution should encompass key modules for human resources, finance, procurement, and supply chain management, supporting a development roadmap that leverages advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. The system will need robust support for core financial operations including general ledger, financial consolidation and close, accounts payable, accounts receivable and collections, and revenue recognition.

For human resources, requirements include workforce administration, U.S. payroll processing, time and labor management, compensation management, and tools for talent management and performance reviews. In addition, the ERP should handle procurement and supply chain needs such as purchase requisitions and orders, supplier management, accounts payable and invoice processing, as well as expense and travel management. The solution must also feature document recognition and AI-assisted data capture, with digital adoption tools and guided learning to ensure strong user engagement.

Implementation of the new ERP system is expected to begin in early 2027, with a go-live date planned for July 2029. The contract period for this engagement will span ten years.
