SUMMARY

The California Department of Water Resources is seeking a contractor to design, implement, and provide technical support for an independent Community Hydrologic Prediction System (CHPS) Operator–Client system.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have at least 5 years of experience in development, configuration, or support of operational hydrologic forecasting systems
Must have experience with real-time or near-real-time forecasting systems, including automated data ingestion, data QA/QC tools, scheduling, and forecast execution
Must have direct experience configuring and implementing Delft-FEWS and Community Hydrologic Prediction System in an operational environment
Must have experience participating in testing, evaluation, or implementation of pre-release versions of Delft-FEWS or similar operational forecasting software
Must have experience providing technical training and knowledge transfer to operational staff
Must identify key personnel with relevant expertise in FEWS/CHPS configuration and operational forecasting systems
Must submit a minimum of two customer references for work similar in nature performed within the last five years
DVBE participation of at least 3% is required
