DESCRIPTION
A vendor is sought to provide and support defense healthcare management systems in Virginia. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering comprehensive technology solutions, including electronic health records (EHR) implementation, while maintaining a strong focus on end-user experience.
Services required include Help Desk Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, end-user training, change management, user adoption initiatives, and deployment services.
