The City of Newport Beach is seeking a vendor to provide on-call custom sign fabrication, installation, and repair services for City-owned facilities. Services will support signage at locations including the Civic Center, municipal yards, parks, other City facilities, medians, and roadside areas.
The contractor will manufacture, purchase, install, repair, replace, and provide various types of signs as ordered by the Municipal Operations Department throughout the contract period. The vendor will be responsible for preparing sign layouts subject to Department approval, while the Department may provide prototype sign detail drawings upon request. All signs must include a Premium Graffiti Overlay unless otherwise specified by the project manager.
The contract term will be five years. Questions must be submitted by August 27, 2026, and proposals are due September 9, 2026.
