DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide advanced software engineering, systems integration, and related services to support the development, maturation, and transition of Command and Control (C2) software prototypes into operational Naval and Joint Programs of Record (PoR). This work encompasses the development, implementation, and testing of software code for several specialized tools, including the Rapid Asset Pairing Tool (RAPT), Warfighting Capability Tool (WarCaT), the True Numbers (TN) data environment supporting evolving data analytics, and the Battlespace Integrated Graphics Styler (BIGS).

Additionally, the engagement includes development and testing related to the AEGIS Combat System, as well as integration of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GENAI) capabilities. Vendors will deliver software builds, conduct rigorous testing and cybersecurity scans within the C2X DEVSECOPS environment, and ensure that builds are posted to the Overmatch Software Armory (OSA) and its Software Artifactory. The work also includes creating software that processes human-originated inputs and queries, providing for automated machine-to-machine data source ingestion.
