DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive cloud-based turnkey asset management system (EAM). The selected provider will deliver all necessary software licensing, configuration, implementation, data migration, integration services, training, documentation, and ongoing technical support to ensure a fully operational EAM system with all IT-required features.

The scope includes full configuration, testing, and deployment; complete and validated migration of data covering assets, inventory, work orders, preventive maintenance (PM), vendor information, contracts, purchase orders, requisitions, and invoices; and preparation of project documentation, reports, system configurations, and workflows. The system must support asset capitalization and depreciation, robust work order management, preventive and predictive maintenance scheduling, inventory and parts management, procurement and contract workflows, and extensive reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
