KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have a fixed office or distribution point located in Kern County for at least six months prior to the issuance of the request for competitive bids to qualify as a local vendor.

DESCRIPTION

The County is seeking a vendor to provide a fully integrated building inspection management system and mobile application that integrates directly with Accela. The solution should support inspection scheduling, routing, tracking, communication with applicants and stakeholders, standardized documentation and reporting, and recommended best practices for inspection processes.
