The State of South Dakota is seeking a vendor to provide a modern, agency-hosted website content management system (CMS) to replace existing legacy platforms that depend on hard-coded updates and lack the functionality needed to effectively support agency staff and public audiences. The new solution is intended to improve accessibility, usability, content management efficiency, integration capabilities, brand cohesion, and technical compliance across agency websites.
