The University of Washington is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for a progressive design-build project to relocate existing Blood Draw and Physical Therapy check-in areas and construct a new MRI suite at the UWMC NW OPMC facility. The project includes the installation of a 1.5T MRI unit and infrastructure for a future 3T MRI unit, along with associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing improvements.   • Must have experience in design and renovation within a fully operational outpatient facility
