DESCRIPTION


The contractor will develop, implement, and commission Stage 1 of a Unified Task Management System. Initial work will include reviewing and clarifying Stage 1 requirements; preparing detailed software specifications, solution architecture, and technical designs; defining the data model, system components, user roles, access rights, interfaces, integrations, and deployment arrangements; and preparing an implementation plan, testing approach, and acceptance criteria.

The contractor will develop and implement a Task Management Module supporting the creation, configuration, and administration of task-management spaces; task import and manual creation; task and implementation-stage management; assignment and distribution of tasks among responsible authorities, organizational units, and users; task execution, monitoring, verification, and control; and recording of results, supporting materials, comments, and communications.

The system will also manage task statuses, deadlines, priorities, periodicity, indicators, progress, proposals, and approval processes related to task implementation. The contractor will develop and implement the Administrative Module, required authorization functionality, basic technical components needed to operate Stage 1, and applicable non-functional requirements.
