Student Engagement Platform

A vendor is sought to provide an online student engagement platform to support student organizations, clubs, and campus departments. The platform must enable designated faculty, staff, and students to design, promote, and manage events, assign participation credit, and generate comprehensive reports from categorized events. It should feature a sortable master calendar, allowing users to easily distinguish between event types and campus locations. Event promotion and news dissemination to students must be available both within the platform and via email, with all necessary information included directly in email communications.

The system should record and store data on user participation, organization membership, officer positions, and other involvement activities, accessible in a co-curricular record format. Designated users should be able to create and manage forms with advanced logic branching and configure access controls at both individual and group levels. Roster management capabilities are required, allowing for the creation of group memberships for committees, sharing documents, messaging, and efficiently adding or deleting members. Additionally, students should be able to connect with one another and join organizations through a virtual recruitment interface that accommodates a range of criteria such as career interests, languages, demographics, and more.
