DESCRIPTION
The organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide strategic planning approach services. The engagement will include reviewing relevant organizational documents, reports, and background materials, as well as conducting environmental scanning and analyzing sector trends and challenges.
The vendor will design and implement a stakeholder engagement strategy involving groups that may include the Board of Directors, Senior Leadership Team, employees, families, caregivers, community partners, and funders. Services will also include facilitating strategic planning discussions and workshops with the Board and leadership team, analyzing stakeholder feedback, and synthesizing key findings.
The selected vendor will help identify strategic priorities, agency values, goals, and desired outcomes; develop performance measures and indicators for monitoring and evaluation; prepare draft and final Strategic Plan documents; and present final recommendations and the Strategic Plan to the Board of Directors.
