The organization is seeking a vendor to provide strategic advisory services on an ad hoc basis in support of external relations, government and public affairs, and customer experience objectives.
Services will include monitoring the public policy environment, providing government relations support, conducting public policy research and analysis, preparing position papers, and advising on strategies and plans to support positive external relationships and effective advocacy for legislative and regulatory changes. The vendor will also advise on positioning and messaging, review and create briefing documents and related materials, and serve as a resource to the public affairs and customer experience department on management objectives and issues.
