The selected vendor will provide comprehensive technical assistance services to support state charter schools in facilities planning, renovation, and project management. Key responsibilities include guiding schools through effective facilities planning and ensuring that facilities projects align with safety, code, and instructional requirements.

The contractor will assist schools in designing or modifying spaces to better support learning environments and academic programming, while offering expertise in budgeting, financing strategies, and long-term facility sustainability aligned with State Charter School Facilities Incentive Grant (SFIG) priorities. Additionally, the vendor will advise on relevant policies and compliance, ensuring that schools meet SFIG rules, reporting standards, and documentation needs.

The provider should also disseminate best practices and share successful facility strategies from high-performing charter operators, with the objective of elevating facility quality throughout the state.
