DESCRIPTION
The procuring organization seeks a vendor to provide special event rides and attractions for community events held downtown and in community parks. Services will include carnival-style rides and inflatable attractions or jumpers tailored to the needs of each event.
The vendor will reserve approximately 10 to 15 rides and attractions for the annual Hometown Days event, including a mix of carnival-style and inflatable options. For the annual Night of Holiday Lights event, the vendor will reserve approximately 3 to 5 rides and attractions. Responsibilities will include delivery, setup, supervision and staffing, and removal of all equipment and supplies at locations provided before the scheduled events.
The selected vendor will also consult with the Parks and Recreation Department regarding recommendations for each event, including whether additional or fewer attractions may be appropriate based on expected attendance. The contract period will be five years.
