School Photography Services

A Michigan-based agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive school photography services for approximately 20,000 students and staff members across all agency schools. The selected photographer is responsible for furnishing all required information to parents as requested by building principals and must guarantee all photos unconditionally.

The contract requires that the photographer return at a later date for retakes at no additional cost, ensuring retake photos are consistent in head size, centering, and background. Reorder logistics will be managed by the photographer as directed, with no partial packages sent to the school. All students who have paid but did not receive a package must have their photos taken on Retake Day. Additionally, staff ID badges must be printed onsite during the event. Photographers must utilize equipment that effectively centers the subject and adjusts for head size and skin tone. The contract period is for one year, and all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
