RFI for Web-Based Automated Asset Management Solution

An organization in New Jersey is requesting information from vendors for a web-based automated asset management solution. The desired system should provide real-time dashboards featuring device uptime, tag battery status, location accuracy, utilization metrics, and predictive analytics to support asset demand forecasting and workflow optimization.

Security and compliance are critical, including HIPAA compliance, data encryption, adherence to security standards, and support for VA Authority to Operate (ATO) and Enterprise Risk Analysis (ERA). Vendors must be capable of performing comprehensive testing and validation, such as factory and site acceptance tests, accuracy and performance verification, failover testing, and data quality checks.

The solution should encompass installation and deployment services, including site readiness assessment, hardware installation (readers, gateways, BLE beacons), asset tagging, and zone configuration. It must integrate with CenTrak RTLS, RFID, and BLE technologies and provide a unified asset data model. Project management requirements include a master project plan, stakeholder engagement, and KPI reporting. The software interface should enable seamless asset tracking and include fully functional UI integration with existing inventory management systems.
