Reset Center Construction Service

A government authority located in Salt Lake, Utah, is seeking a vendor to provide reset center construction services. Required work includes the installation and provision of a range of valve types, such as ball valves (MSS SP–110, 2-piece copper–alloy body, chrome–plated brass ball), check valves (MSS SP–80, swing type with bronze body), gate valves (MSS SP–80, bronze body, solid wedge), and globe valves (MSS SP–80, bronze body, nonmetallic disc). All valves specified are NPS 2 and smaller with minimum class and pressure requirements.

The project scope also includes the supply and installation of dry–pipe valves meeting UL certification standards (UL 260, UL 1486), incorporating necessary components such as quick-opening devices, trim sets, and connections for air supply, drainage, priming levels, alarms, pressure gauges, and related attachments. The initial contract period is one year. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 16, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by June 30, 2026.
