DESCRIPTION


The State of Vermont is seeking qualified vendors to provide IT professional services and project management support for its Next Generation Licensing Platform (NGLP). The platform is built on a Pegasystems business process management framework and hosted in the AWS cloud. It is used to support the State’s oversight of professional licensing, enforcement and tribunal case management, as well as inspection programs.

The selected contractor will support development, quality assurance, maintenance, and ongoing application support activities.
