Networking Routers and Modems Service

A government authority in California is seeking a vendor to provide networking routers and modems service. The required 5G routers must be compatible with FirstNet, T–Mobile T–Priority, and Verizon Frontline, serving as emergency hubs capable of deploying a fully provisioned high-bandwidth VPN command and control network within three hours of escalation. Routers should support Speed Fusion technology to combine multiple connections into a single point-to-point link and offer bandwidth bonding for high-capacity aggregated tunnels with packet-level data distribution.

The solution also includes a Starlink SLK Mini Kit—an all-in-one portable unit with a built-in Wi-Fi router, low power consumption, DC power input, and maximum speeds over 100Mbps. The installation requires built-in multi-band antennas (4x 5G/LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS) for both the 5G router and Starlink Mini without external RF cables, ensuring optimal signal quality. SpeedFusion should be utilized to bond or failover between Starlink and 5G, providing seamless connectivity even in challenging environments. Additionally, dual 5G routers must be capable of connecting to two carriers simultaneously, enabling automatic traffic balancing and failover.
