The scope includes exclusive rights for publications and written materials; advertising and promotional signage at athletic facilities and venues; sponsorship opportunities across official websites, mobile applications, social media accounts, email marketing, newsletters, and permitted ticketing platforms; and at-event activation programs such as product displays, sampling, contests, title sponsorships, corporate recognition, and other approved venue promotions. The provider may also market hospitality programs, premium experiences, facility and venue naming rights, jersey patch and uniform-adjacent sponsorships, and other commercial opportunities.

Student-athlete name, image, and likeness rights are excluded from the licensed rights. The scope may also include future opportunities involving esports, augmented and virtual reality, branded content, content-creation platforms, AI-driven personalization, data monetization, immersive media, and successor digital technologies.
