DESCRIPTION
The vendor will provide Medicare Section 111 reporting services, maintaining uninterrupted reporting during the transition from the incumbent provider and throughout the contract term. Responsibilities include submitting complete and accurate liability claim data, promptly correcting errors, and preserving auditable documentation of transmissions, CMS responses, corrections, and acceptance.
The vendor will use Origami as the primary source and interface, minimizing manual duplicate entry through secure, tested data exchange and clearly defined exception workflows. To support continuity, the vendor will migrate and reconcile existing Verisk-managed CMS records and available historical ISO results into Origami before production cutover.
The vendor will also monitor and implement applicable CMS User Guide requirements, alerts, technical specifications, reporting thresholds, and civil-money-penalty compliance expectations.
