DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a vendor to implement a new Integrated Library System (ILS) to replace its existing Sierra ILS. The selected solution must be modern, flexible, scalable, reliable, and capable of meeting both current and future operational needs. The project will include configuration of the ILS to support all necessary business processes from launch, ensuring full functionality across modules.

Key deliverables include migration of current and historical data, including thorough data clean-up to ensure optimal data quality for transformation and loading. The vendor will provide best practice guidance, comprehensive training, and detailed documentation for agency staff. Project management, structured system testing and acceptance, and robust ongoing maintenance and support—including help desk and case management—are required.

The system must be hosted in a single tenant environment with appropriate security and risk management measures. The solution should focus on improving operational efficiency and enhancing patron service experiences.
