DESCRIPTION


The agency is seeking a vendor to provide and implement a comprehensive Human Resource Management Information System (HRIS). The system must maintain centralized employee records as the primary source of workforce data, including contact information, demographic data, work location, emergency contacts, hire and seniority dates, current and historical salary information, union data, allocation data, and job titles. It must also support customizable employee fields and standardized or configurable onboarding workflows.

The HRIS must provide timekeeping, scheduling, attendance tracking, and real-time clock-in and clock-out capabilities for all employees.
