Must be a for-profit, non-profit, sole proprietorship, corporation/LLC/partnership, city/county/state, or tribal organization
Must possess a Washington State Unified Business Identifier (UBI) number
Must have an active Unique Entity Identification (UEI) number
Must agree to be assigned one or more focus populations by the County
Must maintain active, documented partnerships with incoming and outgoing referrals
Must utilize standardized intake tools/housing stability plan
Must facilitate required Housing Quality Standard or NSPIRE inspections
Must provide rapid engagement within 5 business days following receipt of referral
Must maintain written financial management procedures and internal controls
