RFP for a five-year high speed WAN connectivity project linking five office locations in Hawaii with turnkey networking solutions.

Must be able to provide a turnkey solution for high-speed wide area network connectivity between five office locations.
Must provide a synchronous, full duplex connection.
Must provide a switch or router at each location with Ethernet hand-off.
Must be responsible for design, installation, maintenance, and hardware/software upgrades.
Must support data and future real-time applications on a fully meshed network.
Must provide a minimum of 18 static IP addresses.
Must provide a dedicated support team on island with 24/7 on-call technicians.
Must be able to dispatch technicians to sites within 1-2 hours of notification.
Must maintain a minimum guaranteed uptime of 99.95%.
Must be registered to do business in the State of Hawai‘i.
