The vendor will provide comprehensive graphic design services, including brand strategy and identity consultation, logo conceptualization, and branding packages for projects and initiatives.
Services will include the professional layout and formatting of reports, assessments, briefs, policies, toolkits, learning materials, and publications. The vendor will also create infographics, charts, maps, dashboards, illustrations, presentations, conference and event materials, and print-ready and digital versions of deliverables.
Additional requirements include the development of social media assets and campaign packages, motion graphics, animated explainers, video editing, multimedia storytelling products, interactive PDFs, digital learning products, and website or microsite design support. The vendor will also provide layout and formatting for donor proposals and concept notes in accordance with donor requirements and visibility guidelines. The contract period will be three years.
