The City of Charlottesville is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide as-needed geotechnical testing services, primarily related to sitework and building construction.

Must be licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia
Must be knowledgeable of applicable local, state, and federal building codes
Must be knowledgeable of American Society of Testing Methods (ASTM) or superior industry standards
Must be able to perform services within 48 hours of notice for ongoing projects
Must maintain Workers' Compensation insurance with at least $100,000 per accident/disease per employee and $500,000 policy limit by disease
Must maintain Commercial General Liability insurance with at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate
