Family Foundations Home Visiting Program Service

The government authority in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a vendor to expand evidence-based home visiting services for families and children, particularly targeting counties and tribes at high risk for poor maternal, child, and family outcomes. Qualified organizations should have established written policies and procedures regarding the prevention of sexual abuse of children and youth, as well as robust screening and selection protocols for employees and volunteers. The family foundations home visiting staff will offer individualized technical assistance to contracted agencies, including ongoing monthly calls to discuss work plan progress, address barriers and challenges, and share resources.
