Enterprise Sustainment Management System and Support Services (Due August 31, 2026)

A contractor is sought to provide one year of eSMS support, including system maintenance, asset inspections, database updates, reporting, and digitization of missing building plans. The work requires ongoing technical monitoring and field inspections.

Must have proven experience in Enterprise SMS program management, database management, and asset inspections for government or military organizations
Must have performed Enterprise SMS inspections and database management work for the Department of Defense in the last five years
Must have a thorough understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and protocols related to facility and equipment inspections
Must have strong knowledge of Enterprise SMS system functionalities, customization options, and database management
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive long distances
Must provide a legally registered and insured vehicle
Must meet security requirements IAW Army Regulation 190-13, DoD 5200.2r, and Army Regulation 25-2
Must provide proof of active SMS certifications

The contractor will provide comprehensive support for an enterprise Sustainment Management System (eSMS), including system maintenance, updates, technical field inspections, and ongoing monitoring to identify and promptly address issues or anomalies. The engagement will also include required inspections of 20% of assets, facilities, equipment, and components.

The contractor will prepare monthly reports summarizing eSMS support activities, system performance, issues resolved, updates implemented, and user assistance provided. Inspection reports will document findings, recommendations, and required follow-up actions for each asset inspected.
