DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive business transformation and process modernization services for driver licensing. This initiative focuses on modernizing complex external customer-facing service delivery, specifically targeting processes comparable to those used in driver licensing within a public-sector context.

Services will include business transformation advisory and delivery support from the early stages of planning through to implementation and completion. This involves the re-engineering of existing paper-based processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience, as well as minimizing negative business and customer impacts. The vendor will contribute to the implementation strategy and help prioritize actions based on requirements gathering, impact assessments, and benefits realization plans, among other related needs.

Key responsibilities also include eliciting and documenting business requirements, engaging stakeholders, facilitating requirements workshops, validating requirements, and producing business requirements documents. The creation of both current and future state process maps will be required to identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities for efficiency improvements. Additional duties involve process re-engineering through workshop facilitation, designing structured processes for optimal efficiency and strategic alignment, and supporting deployment and operationalization efforts.

The contract duration will be three years.
