The system should provide centralized access to nationwide Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs), automated record updates, historical tracking, and driver risk scoring.

The solution should support driver risk categorization, trend analysis, customizable dashboards, fleet-wide safety and compliance audits, and near real-time notifications regarding license changes, infractions, accidents, and policy violations. Management escalation options should be available for significant events.

The system should also support targeted online safety training based on driver infractions, including assignment, progress tracking, and analytics to measure behavioral improvement.
